Collin County Adult Detention Facility Phase 2 Addition

Phases II and III consist of approximately 231,000 SF of additions and renovations. Phase II addresses the escalating need for mental health housing and healthcare housing. Based on the program BSW helped develop in 2019, Phase II bed additions include:

A new highly-secured lobby will offer an entry for the public, attorneys, Sheriff’s Office, jail, and courtrooms. A future phase will provide new magistration courtrooms adjacent to the new main lobby.
