Collin County Jail

We were retained to master plan the Collin County Jail and to develop a new cluster concept for direct supervision. Project includes an addition of 68,000 square feet and the renovation of 3,266 square-feet. The new plan expands the existing facility to approximately 1,100 inmates. The plan utilizes a new cluster design for 288 inmates each. The design provides for flexibility in classification and type of facilities from minimum security dorms to maximum security double cells while maintaining a consistent bed count of 288.
