BSW was the Texas Jail Standards subject matter expert, advisor, and consultant to both Harris County and the Architect of Record for this project. BSW provided conceptual planning and design services for the 46,000 SF, 552-capacity Level 3 Detention floor, including seven 72-bed direct supervision dormitories and one 48-bed direct supervision dormitory.
