Rockwall County Courthouse

Rockwall County is Texas’ smallest and one of its fastest-growing counties. This challenge encouraged County leaders to invest in a long-range Needs Assessment Study to plan for the County’s future. A new government center campus, which included a new County Courthouse. The County desired a traditional design with a dome to solidify the building’s purpose. The third floor is expandable for four future courtrooms.
